Special equipment for power steering cleaning

The equipment can be used by qualified personnel after training. The equipment can be used and operated only after reading and understanding the following rules.

do not smoke during the operation of the equipment and keep away from the fire source. Operators should wear goggles.

do not inhale the liquid mist from the cleaning machine and the direction machine.

please use the equipment in a well-ventilated area.

please read carefully the "safety precautions" of the products you use.

if the cleaning equipment is leaking from the vehicle, it should be repaired immediately.

wash with clean water immediately if dripping and leaky cleaning fluid drop to the skin and eyes.

please equip your cleaning equipment with fire extinguishers.

when the equipment is used, do not adjust the pressure to the rated parameters of the equipment, otherwise the equipment will be seriously damaged, which can cause a safety accident.

Equipment maintenance and maintenance:

Keep the appearance of zc-9600 equipment clean.

Check the power lines and joints of the equipment regularly.

Regularly check whether the equipment is normal.

Regularly clean the old oil in the old tank.

It is not allowed to use this equipment to extract other oils (such as brake oil).

Common fault handling methods:

1. The indicator light is not bright or the electric pump does not work, please check whether the insurance tube is burnt or the internal power plug is off.

2. In exchange for a different amount, please open the old oil extraction switch of the device and then switch on the new oil.

Power shift to clean special equipment operation flow

ZC - 9600.

First step

cleaning

1. Connect the power cord on the zc-9600 equipment to the battery connection of the maintenance vehicle, red to the positive and black to negative. Note: do not answer!

2. Find the car's direction machine for oil storage pot, open the oil pot lid and put it away.

3. Insert the zc-9600 equipment control box to the bottom of the oil pot. Open and control the oil switch and extract the appropriate amount of old oil.

4. Add a bottle of cleaning product to the power steering oil pot.

5. Start the vehicle to turn the steering wheel freely, rotate around the whole direction, and run for 5--10 minutes, which can effectively clean the oil sludge and impurities in the system.

Notes:

1. The power supply is negative;

2. Check whether the tire pressure is normal;

3. Check whether the vehicle power steering fluid is suitable, whether the pipeline is broken or leaking;

4. The amount of the old oil shall be the same as the dose of the detergent added to meet the needs of the vehicle cleaning.

The second step

Change the oil

1. Add new direction oil to the zc-9600 equipment storage tank. According to the vehicle power steering system in and out of the pipeline, adjust the position of pumping and filling. Insert the pumping pipe as much as possible to the bottom of the oil pot.

2. Open the control box to extract the old oil. When part of the old oil is pumped back into the zc-9600 equipment, open the control box to add the switch, and inject new direction oil into the vehicle.

3. When the new oil window is similar to the old oil window, turn off the control box on all switches, start the vehicle and turn the wheel back and forth for 1 to 2 minutes.

4, stop the engine running, open all switch device for an oil change, when the old and new oil oil color close, close all the switch on the equipment, launch vehicles and turn the steering wheel around 1 to 2 minutes.

5. Repeat step 4 to confirm that the new oil window and the old oil window are similar in color and the oil is finished.

Add a bottle of super protectant to the car's power steering. Confirm whether the oil in the oil pot is on the specified scale. Please add.

considerations

1. The old oil in the equipment needs to be discharged regularly.

2, first makes a new oil filling of the old oil after the process should continue until the oil in oil can update, due to the hydraulic oil flow is not all in the steering system, so a small amount of old oil residue is allowed;

3. If there are more metal powder in the exchanged old oil, the customer must be reminded to check the other parts of the steering system immediately.

4. Do not pump out the oil in the state of start-up, in case it is damaged by hydraulic power pump;

5. In the operating state of the engine, the limit of rotation of the steering wheel shall not exceed 5 seconds.

6. During the exchange process, any abnormality should be stopped immediately;

7. Please check whether the steering system is abnormal after completing the job.
