During the cleaning process, the engine oil flows through the filter of the washing machine, and the cleaning fluid is mixed with the engine oil. The oil in the engine can lubricate the engine and can bring the cleaning fluid into various lubrication parts of the engine. The mixture flows through the engine and washer filter 2 to 3 times per minute (petrol engine). Step 1: Make sure that the amount of oil in the engine cannot be lower than the low mark on the oil measuring rod. Pour the cleaning fluid into the oil storage tank of the washing machine. Install a clean filter element in the filter of the washing machine.

Step 2: Remove the oil filter from the engine and replace it with a suitable filter connector.

Note: The connector is easily screwed on. Do not use strong force, just tighten it by hand.

    Connect the oil outlet pipe to the center port of the filter connector and the oil return pipe to the side port of the filter connector. Note: The center port thread is 12MM to the oil pipe joint port. The side thread is 10MM to the oil return connector port.

At this time, all switches of the washing machine are in the off position, connecting the compressed air line to the port marked with compressed air inlet on the side of the washing machine.

Step 3: Point the arrow of the cleaning agent filling switch to "ON", and the compressed air will input the cleaning agent into the engine for about (15 to 20 seconds). When the cleaning agent is added, the arrow of the cleaning agent filling switch points to "OFF". Start the engine and let the engine run at idle speed. Check for leaks, then observe the oil pressure through the pressure gauge.

Step 4: When cleaning reaches 5-10 minutes, turn off the engine. Remove the oil pan screw. Drain old oil and cleaning fluid. When the flow rate of old engine oil is very slow, point the gas purge switch arrow to "ON". At this time, it takes about 1 minute to drain the remaining oil in the engine. Then turn the arrow of the gas purge switch to "OFF" and tighten the oil drain screw. Remove the filter connector and install a new filter. Replace with suitable oil. Start the engine and check for leaks. Finally, check the position of an oil level.

Maintenance and care of cleaning systems
